Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Best for when you need your gear faster
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Great for budget-conscious adventurers
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your outdoor gear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our return process works:
Return Policy Overview
- Return window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase required
- Some items are marked as “final sale” and cannot be returned
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Used camping kitchen equipment (stoves, cookware, etc.)
- Opened packages of tent accessories (pegs, repair kits, etc.)
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your outdoor gear:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason
- Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our return address (provided in your approval email)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
