Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Intex Tents Shop, we stand behind our outdoor gear just as we stand behind our adventurers. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase is required
- Certain items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned (see exceptions below)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used camping kitchen equipment (stoves, cookware, etc.)
- Opened packages of tent accessories (pegs, repair kits, etc.)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your outdoor gear:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason
- Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our return address (provided in your approval email)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
Adventure-Ready Guarantee
We want you to have gear that’s as reliable as your sense of adventure. If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately and we’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
